RMC Sport report this afternoon that American wide man Konrad De La Fuente is set to join Hull City on loan from Marseille, with his spell at Olympiacos to be terminated early.
The 21-year-old has only made five appearances this season for the Greek side, his last match coming back in September, having fallen out of favour since the arrival of former OM coach Míchel.
Now, the American is set to join Hull on an initial loan deal, which will include a permanent option set at €1.7m. The Barcelona youth graduate had joined the Ligue 1 side at the start of last season, making 23 appearances in total and finding the net once, on top of registering three assists, as he gradually lost his place over the curse of the season. He now joins the English second tier’s 15th-placed side, having previously been linked to Preston as well as Dutch sides Utrecht and AZ Alkmaar.
