John Cena’s Full-Time WWE Career Possibly Over
Jim Ross recently discussed the possibility that John Cena’s full-time in-ring career may be coming to an end, as the 15x time World Champion begins to work on more outside projects – citing similarities to The Rock’s ascension in Hollywood;
“It seems that John Cena is travelling much the same road that Dwayne Johnson has taken in his post-WWE life which I applaud. Just like The Rock, John Cena is and always will be a WWE guy who may never wrestle a full-time schedule again, likely not IMO, but will always be loyal to the company that helped launch his amazing career.
I know of no wrestler with reasonable sanity that is that would not trade the bumping and the road schedule, etc for the life of a TV or movie personality. Would you? I didn’t think so.”

WWE Changes Title Name Once Again
For the third time in modern history, the WWE has once again changed the name of the “WWE World Championship” to the “WWE Championship” on their website.
Originally dubbed the “WWE World Championship”, it was later changed to the “WWE World Heavyweight Championship” once the details were combined. Following the brand split earlier this year, the WWE decided to revert back to calling it the “WWE World Championship” once again.
