A phenomenal 64 per cent of the people turned up for voting in Kashmir valley on Saturday during the first phase of Panchayat elections despite receiving serious threats from separatists to not be a part of the electoral process.
After a video of a 17-year-old teenager being executed in Kashmir on the account of being a police informer went viral, another 19-year-old’s body was found with his throat slit in Shopian district on Saturday, NDTV reported.
