The Auto Expo, Asia’s biggest auto show is a completely different exhibition this year. Participation is limited and not all the big names are in attendance. And though loud music, glitzy cars and the glamour is all still there, there’s a definite shift in focus that’s apparent. A shift towards electric vehicles.

At the last edition of the event, Mahindra Electric was the only major manufacturer that had EVs on display. This year most manufacturers both Indian and global have at least one electric vehicles at their stand. And though some of these are purely still in concept stage, they show what future car models may look like and the features they may have.
