Juventus and Manchester United are mentioned as interested parties, and any move on the part of Les Parisiens will depend on an imminent decision from UEFA on whether or not to sanction PSG for breaching Financial Fair Play regulations, if they are found to have done so.
A deal between PSG and Lazio could be facilitated by the player’s agent, Mateja Kezman, who used to play for PSG between 2008 and 2010. Jorge Mendes has also involved himself in any potential Milinkovic-Savic deal this summer, and his close relationship with the PSG hierarchy certainly won’t hurt the French club’s chances of landing the Serb.
