After suffering a major ankle injury in March, Dante Martin officially announced his return as part of Saturday's AEW Collision.
The Top Flight tag team member appeared during a backstage segment where his brother, Darius, and Action Andretti were cutting a promo about teaming for the last eight months. Andretti said that AEW was heading to Darius' hometown this Wednesday, leading Darius to say something was a little bit off and he knew what that might be.
Dante then entered the frame, bumped fists with both men, and after Darius said they were ready to take flight, Dante said, "I'm back."
A comeback match was not announced for Dynamite in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Martins were part of a multi-team bout for the vacant ROH Tag Team titles at March's Supercard of Honor when the 24-year-old hit a Canadian Destroyer on a stack of tables on the outside of the ring where his foot turned sideways after he hit the floor.
