Oscar Morocho-Morocho, 31, was arrested in Jamaica, Queens on Thursday, having spent four days on the lam from investigators in Suffolk after they say he kicked, punched, and slapped Ruth Marisel Parra-Martinez about her head and body for over 20 minutes, causing her death, according to a criminal complaint filed in First District Court in Central Islip.

The beating of Parra-Martinez, who also did not have a last known address, took place outside of 30A The Green at around 10:30 p.m., police said.
