In a horrific attack, a 25-year-old man chewed off an elderly man’s ear and part of his face on a train platform in Oregon, US.

According to a Fox News report, the 25-year-old man, identified as Koryn Kraemer, attacked the 78-year-old victim on a MAX platform at the Cleveland Avenue stop in Gresham, Oregon, around 2:15 am.

Cops saw large pool of blood
The police received a call shortly, in which the witness at the spot communicated to the cops that they saw a large quantity of blood on the ground, New York Post reported.
Upon their arrival at the scene, the officers saw that the suspect was still on top of the victim. Following this, he was pulled off of the older adult.
Aggressor had used his teeth
The cops soon realised that the aggressor had used his teeth instead of a knife in the attack.

The police said, “The attacker “had chewed off the victim’s ear and part of his face. The injury was so severe that responders could see the victim’s skull”.
The attacker, Kraemer, was booked on the charge of second-degree assault and police are investigating whether illicit drugs played a part in the attacker’s actions.
83-year-old man mauled by dogs
In an unrelated incident, an 83-year-old man was admitted to the hospital after he was attacked by two of his neighbour’s dogs in South Los Angeles, US.

The man, identified as Jimmy Lindsey, suffered severe injuries three weeks ago outside his home in the mauling. NBC news reported that he remains hospitalised due to the attack but has been speaking with family.
Family members told the publication that dogs, who belong to a neighbour, somehow got loose and charged at Lindsey near his front porch. Neighbours tried to help, but the dogs did not run off until first responders arrived about 30 minutes later.
