The “Pirate Princess” Kairi Sane has not been cleared to compete by WWE’s medical team, following a violent Tables, Ladders & Chairs match at Sunday night’s TLC pay-per-view in Minneapolis.
It was feared that Sane had suffered a concussion at some point in the match, although at this time that has not been confirmed.
It’s believed that she was actually knocked out early on. Both Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair tweeted out praise for their TLC opponent following the show.
.@KairiSaneWWE You truly are a warrior.

.@KairiSaneWWE you are a bad ass woman.

Beyond the initial moment in which Sane was allegedly knocked out, there were also several spots during the Tables, Ladders & Chairs match that she could have been further injured. At one point she took a nasty exploder suplex from Charlotte, crashing awkwardly into the barricade.
