Wolfsburg, Leicester City, West Ham United and Southampton have all expressed an interest in the signature of OGC Nice captain Nampalys Mendy this summer, according to L’Équipe.
Mendy has been informed that he will be allowed to leave the club this summer should he wish and should an acceptable offer be made for his services.
The player worked with Claudio Ranieri at AS Monaco and the pair know each other well.
Leicester actually tried to sign Nampalys Mendy before N’Golo Kanté last summer, but the Nice man turned them down because he wanted to spend another season on the Côte D’Azur.
Ranieri will turn to Mendy again if Kanté leaves Leicester this summer.
