25-year-old Brazilian winger Lucas Moura is nearing a departure from PSG for Tottenham Hotspur, and is scheduled to undergo a medical with the Premier League side today, having arrived in London late last night.
A transfer agreement has been reached between the two clubs worth €28.5m plus bonuses; once the player has passed his medical, he will sign a 4.5 year contract with Spurs.
