Dairy Queen, Rita's Offering Freebies To Usher In Spring

PITTSBURGH, PA — Spring officially begins on Monday, and to celebrate its arrival Rita’s and Dairy Queen are offering people free treats.

For the 30th consecutive year, Rita’s is offering free ice to customers on the first day of spring.

Dairy Queen is offering customers a free small ice cream cone.
