WWE star Jeff Hardy has been out of action since September of last year when he suffered an injury on Raw and subsequently underwent surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and labrum.

We recently noted that Hardy has been cleared to return to the ring, and PWInsider.com is now reporting Hardy reported to the WWE Performance Center today to begin working out and training for his eventual return to the WWE ring and story lines.

Two weeks ago, Hardy was arrested on DWI charges, and as of now, it remains to be seen if or how the arrest might impact WWE’s decision to bring him back to WWE TV. While a return date is unknown at this time, Hardy reporting to the Performance Center to begin in-ring workouts does seem to indicate there are plans for Hardy t9 return to the ring in the near future.

As noted, Jeff Hardy did film a segment in the Ultimate Deletion match airing tonight on WWE Raw, and right now it remains unknown whether or not WWE will edit Hardy out of the match. If Hardy does appear in the match as intended, that might offer a clue as to how WWE will be proceeding with Hardy while he awaits his DWI court date. Hardy is scheduled to go before a judge on April 27th.
