Bobby Lashley will meet with world renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews tomorrow in Birmingham, Alabama for a full diagnosis on his injured left shoulder. As we reported this morning, WWE physician Dr. Ferdinand Rios had said that the former ECW Heavyweight Champion may have a torn rotator cuff.
Lashley has been battling pain in the shoulder since suffering the original injury at the Backlash pay-per-view back in April. Lashley met with Dr. Andrews in May following the injury, however, the it worsened this week.
If Lashley has a torn rotator cuff it will require him to undergo surgery. We’ll have more on this tomorrow after Lashley meets with Dr. Andrews.
