— According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, the upcoming match between Roman Reigns and The Miz might be a chance for WWE to get the Intercontinental title off of Reigns before he heads into a program with Brock Lesnar after Royal Rumble.
— In a correction on a previous item, there are actually 21 active women on the WWE roster and that includes both champions, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair.
— That would mean there are still 11 unannounced participants and the belief is that two of them will be the Bella Twins, who are appearing at the 25th Anniversary show for Raw later this month. Becky Lynch, Alicia Fox and Dana Brooke are the three women who are active that have not yet declared for the Rumble. With some of the participants expected to be NXT wrestlers, that doesn’t leave too many spots for “legends” to be appearing.
