— Vince McMahon’s idea of “reimagining” things so far has basically been to publicize NXT call-ups ahead of time (instead of debuting them as surprises) and announcing the returns of injured stars, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, well before their actual returns, notes the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
— The last timetable for both Owens and Zayn was that neither was expected back until at least February, but with WWE publicly stating their returns, it means that creatively there will likely be storylines for both leading into WrestleMania 35. Previously there was some thought that even though they may have been ready before the April PPV, the company might have elected to keep them off of TV until after the event.
