Ring of Honor has announced a nine-team, two-night tournament on June 11 and 12 to determine who gets an ROH Tag Title shot on their next PPV.

ROH is touting the “2016 Tag Wars” as a showcase of their deep tag division. Plus, current ROH tag champions The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Kazarian) are obviously not in the tournament.

However, The Addiction is scheduled to defend the ROH Tag Titles against War Machine on June 5, which would affect the line-up.

Notable in the tournament field is the Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson), who missed New Japan’s Best of the Super Jrs. tournament recovering from injuries on ROH’s previous tour.

The two-night, four-match tournament kicks off June 11 in Hopkins, Minn. and concludes June 12 in Milwaukee. The winning team faces the ROH tag champs at the “Best in the World” PPV on June 25.

– Match #1: The Briscoes vs. ReDragon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly) vs. ROH World champion Jay Lethal & Roderick Strong in a triple threat match.

– Match #2: War Machine (Ray Rowe & Hanson) vs. Silas Young & Beer City Bruiser vs. Lio Rush & Moose in a triple threat match.

– Match #3: Young Bucks (Nick & Matt Jackson) vs. RPG Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent Baretta) vs. All Night Express (Rhett Titus & Kenny King) in a triple threat match.

– Match #4: Winners of the June 11 matches advance to a triple threat on June 12 to determine the tournament winner.
