SmackDown Superstar Charlotte Flair may be playing a slightly deranged version of herself in her current role in handing kendo stick beatdowns to Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Asuka recently, but in real life she made a sick child’s wish come true on Thursday.
Ahead of WWE’s live show at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY, Flair visited Diana Santillan, a Connetiqot High School junior, who has been battling leukemia for the past two years. Diana got to spend the day with Charlotte and other wrestlers. Here’s a touching tweet from The Queen herself about this wonderful moment for Diana and Charlotte:
I’ve been apart of many firsts at @NYCBLive, but tonight tops them all! Diana, you are incredible and I was honored to help your @MakeAWish come true! pic.twitter.com/4o2L8Hiau1
