MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling team has announced its 2017 summer camp dates. The three-day technique camp will be held June 27-29 at Nemzek Hall.
Wrestlers will develop their skills in: folkstyle wrestling, concentrating on the top, bottom and neutral positions. Wrestlers will learn basic and advanced techniques which include: takedowns, pins, nearfalls, escapes, reversals, riding and counter offense. These steps will be taught in progression. The techniques that are taught are proven to work against all levels of competition.
Cost is $80 and includes a T-shirt and lunch each day.
