Ric Flair discharged from hospital after surgery

Ric Flair has been discharged from the hospital after undergoing surgery earlier this week.

Flair posted the positive update on Twitter today: “The Naitch Is Home!!! Thank You To All The Incredible Staff And Doctors At Gwinnett Medical Center Once Again! I Am So Thankful For All My Family, Friends, And Fans For All The Love. At This Time In My Life, I Never Take It For Granted. I Will Be Back Up And WOOOOOing In No Time!”

After being taken to the hospital last Thursday, Flair underwent heart surgery on Monday. The procedure was supposed to be done last Friday but was postponed to Monday to address some complications that needed to be taken care of first.

Wendy Barlow, Flair’s wife, told TMZ on Monday that doctors said Flair’s surgery was a success.

Flair is unable to travel to Las Vegas for Starrcast II this weekend. The Roast of Ric Flair, which was originally scheduled for this Friday and was going to air live on pay-per-view, has been postponed to a later date that has yet to be determined.
