Kate Middleton and Prince William’s second royal tour of Canada continues, as does the duchess’s impeccable style.
On Wednesday, after visiting MacBride Museum in a gorgeous red CH Carolina Herrera coat, the Duchess of Cambridge slipped into something a bit more comfortable for a stop in Carcross, a small town on the Klondike Highway in Yukon.

Middleton wore a cozy gray Sentaler alpaca wrap coat with the Canadian brand’s signature ribbed sleeves, a pair of dark skinny jeans, and brown leather cowboy boots for the journey into the remote village, which took place on Day 5 of their trip.

Upon arriving the couple was greeted by a traditional welcome from the Carcross/Tagish First Nation. The prince and princess received a tour of the recently completed buildings and public spaces in the town and took the opportunity to meet local community members, who gifted the princess with a cheery bunch of yellow wildflowers.
The duke and duchess then traveled a short distance to nearby Montana Mountain, a locale frequented by mountain bikers. They also had the chance to climb aboard the town’s White Pass steam train—which made for some pretty cool, albeit dangerous, photo ops in the plumes of white steam.
